On Oct. 3, 1996 we sent a letter to The Future Stock President, Jeff Bruss regarding CECN. We wanted information on the possible lawsuit against NASDAQ for failing to list after all requirements were met. We also asked for any more information he had on the SRDO - Silent Radio deal and the Tennessee property sale. We received a response this morning and this is what he said.

"I am not sure where you heard there might be a lawsuit but you are exactly correct. The only thing wrong with that is, and I have talked to the attorney and he said CEC will win hands down, but that would delay the listing. Here is what they have decided to do. They have decided to meet for a hearing in December on a higher committee then they met with last week. The NASDAQ wrote CEC a letter that confirms the CEC has complied with all the requirements to be listed on the NASDAQ and pending review by the committee wil be listed there. The only bad news is that we have to wait until late November or the first week of December now for the listing to occur. By that time I think that the stock will have appreciated significantly and the listing is not really going to matter. The Tennessee property looks as though it is officially sold."

That is typed as I received from Jeff Bruss.
