" If the regulators were on the ball, they would never have given CYOE a Nasdaq listing just a few months ago IMO. Delisting now would be egg on their face. Of course CYOE technically is within the requirements. I don't expect any action from the Nasdaq without some substantial change in the companies situation. Now, the SEC could see through the facade... Barb
