Charles, the situation is too complex (and possibly not really known) with this pairs of companies. I cannot find the total number of shares, the current cash, their burn rate, their potential for profitability. It just does not make sense to analyze this situation just on guesses, dreams and "whispers". Not my ball game. Sorry. Zeev
