OT: Ralph Bloch... Claims yesterday was a successful test of the intraday lows, low volume, put/call ratio and level of bearishness all signal to him the bottom and a probable two month rally in the Nasdaq (however, not to new highs which is probably good considering the valuation concerns of the last high). Who is Bloch? He's with Raymond James & Associates and has been a fairly respectable technical analyst. BB
