Thanks for the warning on ITVU; I'll make sure to take my dog along if I cross that street. Doesn't look like VERT will tear my arm off though - I rode it from 95 to 75 and am looking for a reentry point. Do you see a rebound in the market as a whole or do you wisely stay away from such speculations? Kailash
