Regarding the secondary, I believe it was to clean up their balance sheet and provide the capital to execute their new and improved business plan. Obviously the Asia crisis of last year hurt many in the semi-equip industry, and smaller players were the most hurt because of their small capital base. So if ASTX continues to execute, and the industry continues to recover, I see plenty of reasons to own these shares.

So far so good. Let's see some good quarterly reports.
