Jaffo, you never cease to amaze me. There is only one question that needs asking. And you know which one it is.

Nice try painting an attractive picture of NRi (and I do mean "i") with the 10Q, but I have these special glasses that lets me read between the lines. You ought to try 'em. Anyway, my glasses say we are in for more S-3 financing, probably before year's end.

My glasses also say we will see 1/2 before we see 3/4 and this will happen before the S-3 financing is announced.

You saw 20 reseller and 120 firms, but my glasses saw 1:6 reseller/firms which suggests no one has been breaking the door down to buy their technology and all that. In otherwords, sales will continue to be slow and it will be a long time before sales will pay the light bill.

Although your 4Q revenue figure ($1,000,000) has not been confirmed, my glasses see that NRi spent three times what it took in during 3Q97. Even your revenue figure falls short of what is needed to satisfy Mom's present spending habits. Therefore S-3 financing will continue and conversions will continue to drive price down. (Don't forget, less than 1/3 of the series C preferred has been converted and what was converted drove price from 1.50 to 1.00). At today's prices (5/8), additional conversions will hammer dilution home 3-6 times faster. That how you get to a single digit price before you know it--Not my kinds of odds.)

Of course, I didn't talk anybody into buying NRID so I don't have any face to save. Anything else you want to discuss?
