Remarkable ! It appears that the e-data door has been reopened and that everything is looking quite positive from the response of the appeals court. How come then, this thread has been so remarkably quiet and e-data's share price has slid from $1 back to near $0.50 over the past couple of weeks ? Is the word just not out yet, or is the feeling that the district court may still dismiss e-data's claims despite the "guidance" from the appeals court ? Perplexed. Durro
