There is already a connection between Ontario Hydro,Global Thermoelectric, and McGill University doing initial studies a while ago.IMHO,Global Thermoelectric's technology is set to rock-n-roll,I think the internal combustion engine will be the reformer with their fuel cell piped off the exhaust manifold, with a turbo-charger connected to a venturi similar to a inspirating burner. If you look at Delphi's site schematics of their hybrid electrical systems the orange block named generator/starter will probably be the fuel cell.I really like the fact that as a company they mention Westinghouse, because they do not want to over extend themselves.
