It seems to me word is not out yet. When EDTA lost, there was an article in WSJ. I imagine the win will eventually get in the popular press as well. Then, I would expect some movement.

The district court cannot ignore the appellate claim interpretation. The judge MUST use it. The lawyers from the defendants won't even waste time arguing contrary interpretations to the judge. What they will argue about is validity, and if their actions fall within the claim meaning.

The only downside I can think of is companies involved with sales over the net are lower valued now than 2 years ago. So, whatever pop we get might be less than it would have been then. The other downside is the material object can't be the hard drive. But, this is still a big win and worth quite a bit.

We saw what happened when interest was sparked - price went to over a buck intra-day. All we need is word to get out. I'm still sitting tight.
