Hi Ramsey: Glad you reminded me of that..seems they may be sweeping it under the rug..I need to pass it on to some Lawers..just in case they missed it..look for it to come out..if not in Florida some were, but don't count on it sending this dog down..she has defied the laws of gravity..and will of course pay for it..but only when the Big boys get positioned to make money off the down turn..keep an eye on options for BIG put buys.none seen latly..and puts are high right now..so they may take her up more..seems they can do what they want with this stock..I know for a fact that people on the street if you ask them if they will sign on to AOL..they look at you as if your nuts..the bad PR she has had is going to kill her..but the funbdums won't belive it till they see the real numbers..( if there is such a thing ) <G> Yesterday I put a doctor on a local ISP..he was comenting about how he was having a hard time down loading large files, and was getting disconnected..I explained to him about how many ISP's now run disconnet robots to open up the dial ins.. but if traffic was not heavy..he would get right back on, and to do the large downloads off prime time..any way we went on for some time and he mentioned " well I use to be on AOL...and didn't get disconnected " I smiled aand said yes and you use to pay "by the hour"...I saw the lights come on in his eyes..then I told, him about the new AOL robots..depending on what area your in, my understanding is they are running every 45 min in the heavy traffic areas..thats a long way from unlimeted usage they promised..( and in writing too ) let some dissatisfied employee get tossed out and this will becomev the next bad news..but I still won't count on it killing her..she has nine lives..<G> It will take a silver bullet to kill this monster...any body who can sell refrigerators to eskimos..has something going.. look at Bill Gates..Dos and Windows stinks..bugs in all releases, now 3 bugs in Explorer, back to back..still he charges ahead.. ( the silver bullet..for MS..may be in the works..) as SUN, Netscape , Orical, and another have just joined hands, as they are afraid of him putting a lock on things.) Let a few more join that circle..and look out..a whole new operating system could hit the market..then Billy boy will just smile..after all he has made his, and can buy shares in all of them. <G> jim Jim
