Richard,

I can see your concern with the political problems that are occuring
withing the main holders and officers of PRLN. It is an amazing thing
that sometimes egos can get in the way of a companies future and help
destroy the dream. Consider Apple Computer for example. A couple of
big egos and conspiracies later, the great computer company of the
1980's is about to go under. As for PRLN, I can imagine that if the
right people take control, we have a $50.00 stock in a few years. Of
course, if the wrong people take the helm, we have a pink-sheet co.

All I can say is, with these small start-up biotechs, you takes your
chances and roll the dice. They don't say "Read the prospectus before
you send any money" for nothing. I'm still long but I wouldn't bet
the farm on PRLN.
