Since no one has responded perhaps I can provide a some information on Art Koch's background
He came to PRLN from a clinical research company called IBAH,Inc. where he was a VP and CFO. It,s a public company (IBAH) trading around 5 1/4 today; also have a web site www.ibah.com.
Prior to this I believe he served as VP and CFO for companies in the food distribution and software development industries including a time as an independent consultant.
