the stock is leveling off at its intrinsic value before the KM announcement! maybe the KM is not cutting the mustard..or maybe due to lack of info!...the sell-off is sign to the company to announce anything...even a possible buy-out just talking out loud! my covered calls helped reduce the pain of loss..until further developments cheers
