[FYI: (as of 8/10/98) SHARES OUTSTANDING=19.1 MIL PUBLIC FLOAT=7 MIL] In your earlier post, Message 5511688 , you said, "recently DGIV issued an additional 50 million authorized shares". Another poster here said that they had called the transfer company and there were 100 million shares authorized. How many shares of DGIV are actually out there? Is DGIV diluting the hell out of this stock by issuing more shares? Maybe they are using free shares to pay the promoters -- see Gene Marcial's book "Secrets of the Street" for more information about this practice. Paul M.
