Judging from what happened with the Japanese suit, the answer is yes. I think there is a separate Belgian suit as well, looking at the headlines. Isn't there a Korean suit in progress as well?

The EU must have looked at Intel's volume discount contracts and rebate policies and concluded that they were not based on volume alone but on market share.

With AMD ASP's now half of Intel's, Intel's claim of "lowering prices to consumers" rings rather hollow.
