Symm got downgraded; when investors did not find growth in quality of service, nor received enthusiastically by telco. SYMM sales is not finding customers, where they have denial of service. ISP(realtime SunMicro servers) on internet is the place for their QOA products immediately. Some customer computer need more dram for realtime threads, where QOA may virtually support(one thread reserved for QOA to swap). Telco triple play will have broadband and voip telephony, encountering denial of service needs. But that need is not yet obvious in telco triple play's fledging business. Telco maybe not addressing the problems of fios or DSL; PCs need Microsoft support, and Apple Mac needs yahoo support on web downloads. Where quality of service demands are ignored, and customer complaints are not addressed; customers are dropped. Fios TV is still in its infancy, where Verizon is also selling DirecTV service combining telephone payments for a discount, not selling Fios triple play. Verizon needs thorough business consulting? Software is not compatible with different customer computers and operating system. It will take some serious investigation before their triple play and even broadband service can be successful.
