yes, sector, that was expected. my notes were wrong and i asked VKCO the same question and they said they had 9% listed....
as for MLCO on the ask... my theory (only a theory) is they are likely selling for the registered shareholders (likely, including those for CWNT). you might remember they recently were listed as selling Noam and Shlomo's shares....
