If you like RGC/entertainment then you may wish to investigate EPR ... EPR is a REIT which pays monthly, currently ~6.3%, usually a small amount of basis adjustment (20% neighborhood). PPS does bounce alot and often without any discernible rhyme or reason.

EPR sectors include theaters, water parks, resorts, casinos and schools.
