Evening Paul, i was surprised that they showed their hand - that they revealed the completely partisan split of their decision. Hey there are liberals as well as conservatives on our highest court. I am surprised whenever they are able to extend a unanimous decision on anything. There has to be issues where they will be divided. the damage they have done is to have revealed that they are no better than anyone else - i do not revere them any more I understand your consternation, but I guess it is a wake up call to all of us that they are indeed human with the same limitations we all have. I would say that they still deserve our respect, as long as they render any decision based on what they honestly feel is right, not what the party who put them there thinks. Maybe this will all be over tomorrow depending what the Supreme Court rules. Later, Joel
