SB << INTC flash fab>> . Actually, the post was wrong about the delayed Texas fab being intended for flash. According to the actual stories in the WSJ and the Dallas Morning News the delayed fab is for uP's, but the weak flash demand will allow intended Israeli flash fab capacity to be shifted to uP's instead, allowing the Texas delay. .
