There is a legal challenge to Obamacare winding its way thru the court system based on the fact that language the AFCA does not authorize subsidies to people who purchase their insurance thru Federal exchanges. Only state exchange purchased policies are eligible for the subsidies. A Federal judge has already refused to dismiss the lawsuit so it is going to be heard on the merits.

While the challenge to the law, if successful, wouldn't result in its repeal the fall out from it would cause a lot disruption in the system.
