ok, let see if you can do the math but few hints are:
1)ratio of high rated company vs cnc
2)reduction in cost of capital - negating effect of downgrades
3)reduction in risk premium in discount rates for value added analysis
4)distribution channels
5)economy of scale
6)core would stop bleeding and resume growth
