Karl: Nice to hear from you again. I just have to follow management's lead on this. If they can launch the turtle and somehow spur it to action, it will benefit the parent company and allow our asset base to grow. The strategy is aimed at NASDAQ requirements for listing, I believe. So, as long as MXAM has a major stake in the spin-off, I don't see any problem. Do you? We need an update on the status of the turtle. Lee ps: Are you taking any position in KRY?
