Should you use DirecPC ISP with your Dish? I THINK NOT!!! this excerpt from their site: ----------- Please note: if you use DirecPC Bundled ISP plans, all online time, whether connected through DirecPC or terrestrial mode, counts toward your total online time. ----------- This mean if you use your modem only from 6:00am-6:00pm you will get a hourly usage charge if you just have unlimited night/weekend service. Forget about their ISP and stick with Netcom like I do with my DirecPC Dish. They've worked just fine together for years, but a different ISP gives Huges one more excuse to blame for their poor performance system.
