Raye, Go to outreachtech.com and read about ACTT. ACTT is on their front page. ACTT has partnered with Outreach Tech. Outreach Tech is the main division of CSTI. These guys added the extra capacity to the NYSE after the crash in 87 and did so in record time. They also wired the communications for Space Shuttle ground control, etc., You find this info under "company" Click also on CSTI. Embrace - the platform that ACTT will use - is an interactive internet product - my understanding is that you will be able to talk to the company as you view their web site - ask questions, get customer service, etc. It has a strong B2B flavor. "OutReach Technologies© is the leading developer of Web based interaction software for real-time collaboration, remote selling, and live online customer care" It is developed for service providers, of which now ACTT is with an IP & global base. The road may be bumpy, but I have broken out the cookie jar. My entry is between 7 1/2 & 8 1/2. I am long until at least the 3rd quarter, and I would love a long term gain with this one to cut down on taxes. TTW
