RE: Capstone I called the company the other day, because of a nagging question in my mind about how loud their micros are. Are these things really well suited to indoor use? Turns out they do seem to be. One of the tech guys I talked to assured me that you can have a conversation next to one as it's running. Mentioned that the rated noise level is 60 dB. They also told me that they are moving their digs, and that part of their operations are entirely powered by their own microturbines, and are off-grid. I guess that's putting your product where your mouth is! There seem to be many intriguing possibilities for these products, and although CPST is still in the quiet period and couldn't say much, I don't think these possibilities are lost on them. In addition to the obvious dot com and digital applications, there's schools, hospitals, fire and police stations, and residential developments, as well as any remote locations doing whatever. My only remaining concern is their ability to market these products effectively............ They've got alliances in Asia, but apparently nothing anywhere else besides the U.S. Walkingshadow
