Nothing is wrong with your analysis. Because of the relationship between the warrants and options, one can make relatively clear cut value judgements about the two. It can however be hard to fully arbitrage the valuation inefficiency for retail investors because of the transactions costs involved. Even so, such analysis is invaluable for investors who want to take an outright position, and want to do so in the most efficient manner. Happy investing.
