While I certainly agree that over promising and under delivering is a grievous error on Jed's part. However, his CV and that of the rest of the BOD, the JV 's they have executed and the generally efficient way they launched this program tell me they do have what it takes to "materially move this project forward". So, I will give it more time for now.

No harm in your taking a little off the table. There may be delays we cannot be aware of that screwed the announced timing or the next most likely explanation is, as you say, that the results are not as good as the first hole, cannot rule that out.
