Seen a report on CNN the other night stating that oil exploration is at an all time high. So much so that there is a shortage of drilling rigs. I can't understand if everyone is out looking for oil why TCXXF is having a hard time finding a partner. Is it because of the deal TCXXF is offering or do they know something about where the oil is and asn't? Bill
