My note to all:

This really sucks dosn't it....I feel very sorry for those of you who had a large stake in this company...luckily I had very little invested here, but was still fantasizing about big gains...

I don't think we would be nearly as upset if the management of this entire situation was handled in a much better fasion...no 10K...no 10Q's (Yes that's plural)....no advanced warning to the shareholders of the upcoming split...did they forget that without any shareholders they would have no jobs...I have never seen such a fly-by-night operation...and I don't care if this stock goes to $100 share...because I am outta here....and I will check all the labels of any clothing I buy to make sure there are no Olympus Mills tags.....

For those of you who are staying...I can give you some numbers to look at and think about....you might be able to get your money back...

BASED ONLY ON RUMORED NUMBERS IN THIS THREAD>>>

IF (IF) Earnings for 10Q ending 9/30/96 are as rumored to be $127,000
and IF outstanding shares are 800,000 (By the way has anyone seen very many companies with this few outstanding shares?) then we could come up with a hypothetical EPS of .16 for that quarter, which could equate to .64 in earnings annually, at a PE ratio of 20 (I'm not sure of industry standard so fill in your own number) you get an estimated street price of about $12.80....of course, who knows when this information will be available, and its reliability....I'm just trying to give a glimpse of hope to some of you who are in so deep you can't get out....

I'm sorry the management of this company has put you all through this...and I hope the best for all of you...

John Leach

BTW - Can I even sell my 83.33 shares?
