Thanks for your reply about RDU.

re: TDWaterhouse... you talk to brokers at their Greenline division which seems to be directly on the Canadian side. Not only are their commissions much higher than PennTrade, but they charge you an additional amount for each day in which a piece of the order trades. Also, with TDW you must keep personal records of what orders you have outstanding... if you lose track, they are unable to tell you what they are.
