Although I believe that echarters is being misinformed either directly
or indirectly through Bernie Lumbert and Mason Coggins, I will
recognize the fact that he has developed a following of people and
unfortunately these subscribers of his will probably come to know the
truth after much of the profit is taken out of the stock. So I have
decided to try to put together a very brief outline of some of the
things that I feel are key factors regarding IPM which will also
address some of the things that charters has brought up and
misinformed people about. First, I know for a fact that echarters is
on Bernie's e-mail list as many of us are and it is my belief that
charters is giving him a tremendous amount of credibility.

Charters has mentioned that he has had an encounter with International
Platinum back in 1987. The thing that he fails to mention is the fact
that the person heading the company back then dies in 1993. Present
management was not in place at that time.

December 15, 1995 IPM made a press release. In that press release the
following paragraphs appeared :

"Behre Dolbear & Co. Inc., mining engineering consultants, currently
provide management and technical oversight of the BRX Project under a
long term contract to IPM. They performed a "due diligence"
examination of all phases of IPM's drilling, sample handing and assay
program and concurred with the selection the independent assay
laboratories used for precious metal determinations. Behre Dolbear's
report to IPM concerning the actual recovered gold from leach
solutions derived from the 9 perimeter holes said:

"Behre Dolbear has been engaged in an ongoing program to aid IPM in a

precious metals evaluation of the BRX project. On site observation
of the drilling program, including the collection, handling, and
security of the samples was completed. Additionally, Behre Dolbear
observed and monitored IPM's sample preparation laboratory to verify
that sample preparation and treatment procedures consistently followed
previously established accepted methodology. All of the above
was subject to close scrutiny and given Behre Dolbears's approval.

It is evident that IPM is executing a well-planned program. Behre
Dolbear notes no shortcomings in equipment, operating procedures, or
security measures in either phase of their program. Both the sample
preparation and laboratory personnel are well trained and supervised."

The entire press release can be found at

On December 19, 1996 this well trained and supervised company released
the following :

International Precious Metals Corporation (IPM) announced today that,
based on successful bench scale tests for gold and platinum, it has
begun a scaled up pilot plant test program. Samples recovered from
its leach process were assayed by two independent laboratories, one
Canadian based and the other U.S. based. The gold assay results were
reported as follows:

November 1996 Leach Results

Lab A Lab B
Sample No. oz./ton grams/tonne oz./ton grams/tonne
111 0.312 10.69 0.266 9.13
118 0.312 10.69 0.272 9.33
147 0.228 7.82 0.189 6.48
158 0.363 12.43 0.309 10.59
201 0.270 9.26 0.237 8.11
207 0.298 10.20 0.266 9.13

On June 24, 1997 they announced the development of a fire assay by
AuRIC labs and the fact that they are now a full U.S. reporting
company. Not exactly the actions of a fraudulent company.

On September 29, 1997 -- International Precious Metals Corporation
(IPM) announced today that it has been notified that the independent
verification program being conducted by representatives from Behre
Dolbear & Company, Inc. and Bateman Engineering Inc. has been
completed.

And now we wait.

Just my own thoughts : Several times in the history of this thread it
has been shown that there has been an effort that appears to work in
concert to undermine the credibility and legitimacy of IPM. The
majority of the credit for uncovering a lot of this belongs to Lew
Green. It is no wonder that some people keep trying to undermine his
credibility as he seems to continue clouding the issue with facts.
