Hi Jack: you mean like republic.net go there you have MY SERCH SERVICE..any body with a home page can put in a serch service that links to the real engin...you can enter what you want to serch for on my page..and the DEC ALTA-VISTA the "fassstest engin going will return the results." big deal AOL but you late...every body got their own serch service.. except the nubies you sucker in. Mine is right off a OC 3 line, and does not have to take some 45Mpbs over crowed back road, to get the results...it really fly...;-) BTW in Mine you can serch for any thing in USENET too just click the button and display usenet instead of web. <G> and that way get the news group info..etc.. jim
