Have been harvesting my parsley and making Parsley chimichurri. Will put in some crushed vietmanese hot peppers but very small. Plan is to make a marinade for a fatty tri-tip which we plan to smoke for 4th of July. This year the garden is all herbs as our growing season here at the lake is short. Fresh Dill will be good w/ grilled salmon. I do have beets that I can harvest the beet tops a few time for a stir fry. 2 % yield for AMNF is fine. Even more impressive is it's their 100th dividend payment. Love a management that can grow and sustain a dividend.
