Bill, We aren't running anything overly customized at all. Sometime we just wish SUN had their "knowledge base" online like MS. If you run into a problem with MS products, you can search online and see if it has been reported before, if so what the fix was (if any). It can save you a lot of time. SUN on the other hand, needs to be called, wait for your REP, to find out "yeah we heard of it, but don't know what is causing the problem"...what a waste... all that when I pay $20,000 (minimum for their machines). MS I pay $99 and get better support. Steve
