Must be the reason why X-Stream will provide toll free access(yes, there still will be a local charge) across Europe in August. And you do understand what franchising is, don't you? It seems to me that X-Stream has all the same revenue producing segments as the other free ISP's, with two additional areas: banner ads and franchising fees. The turning point will be the acceptance of banner ads, IMO. BTW, those 3 pennies you're in, do they total even .30 a share combined? I didn't think so.
