I clearly read "class action" Do you mean the trial transcript from Maricopa Superior Court case CV97-19376? The case that according to the on-line records at the site you provided at supcourt.maricopa.gov is a "new case" and has had no action taken on it yet? The case that has Bernie Lumbert as the only Plaintiff? Is the the trial that you refer to? Are you saying that the court records are a lie and there are actually other plaintiffs?
