By accident my post was submitted before it was completed. I did not notice this until the editing time had expired.

I am going to re-post the completed post.

Jim, I did call the company today and talked to the President, Ira Monas.

Within a week we should be able to obtain all of the pertinent information on FAMH through Prnewswire. FINANCIALS, charts, Dunn & Bradstreet information, news release, and profile information. We should be able to find just about anything that we want to know through the PRnewswire financial service.

In my opinion, this will be GREAT. To access the service go to:
prnewswire.com

Then go to Company News and then do a search for:
FAMH Firamada.

This should be available in a week or less.

After the Houston office the company will be opening the office in:

Miami:
This office has great potential and will likely open sometime in December or possibly as late as January.
This was mentioned in a previous press release.
biz.yahoo.com

California: This is an acquisition that is now in process.
biz.yahoo.com

Long Island, NY:
This office should be opened the 1st Q of 1998. This is a MAJOR market. A lot of the major financial companies in NY also have a 2nd office in Long Island.

The company is doing research in the following areas for potential offices.

Salt Lake City
Las Vegas and surrounding areas
Seattle
Pacific NW

From my conversation with Mr. Monas, I definitely got the idea that this company will continue to expand and grow.

The company appears to be committed to being listed on NASDAQ. It is just a matter of time. I believe the process for this will begin sometime after the 1st of the year. The process will likely take 90 to 120 days.

From my conversation, I feel confident that the outstanding shares will NOT be increased. At this time they have no intention of doing this now or at a future time.

I would expect to see year end financials posted as indicated previously by someone who spoke to Alexander Wescott. Personally, I can't wait for this to happen. And yes they are on a calendar year.

I am not sure if I caught this right and I did not have time to re-verify this, as the office sounded very busy and Mr. Monas had to end the conversation to take another call. I believe Mr. Monas said that he was preparing something for CNBC. If CNBC picks up any of this it could be a real plus.

In my opinion we will see this stock over a $1.00 by the end of the year. Keep in mind this is just my opinion.

Cheryl
