Joe,

A buying opportunity if ever there was one. Ergen's pissed at Murdoch and Murdoch probably views ergen as an irritating little gnat. But hey, look at the great publicity DISH has received. Don't think they'll be out of business if the deal is off, but there will sure be a lot more pressure to stop screwing around with potential partners and get a deal signed. Gotta wonder just how shrewd Murdoch is and how much of this was planned from the outset. Damn, there goes the conspiracy theorist in me.
