Screwed by Wit Capital.

I have been trying for the last 2 days to sell a stock that had a ticker change (MINE->BOUT) on Thursday 5/20. Their records of my holdings have not been updated to reflect the change and consequently I have not been able to issue a sell order. Oh yeah, the stock has moved from 55 - 38 in that time.

When I phone their office, it just rings and rings. Eventually a message that "their is no one to answer this phone" comes on and disconnects me.

I cannot believe that this is allowed to go on.
