I believe smart short-sellers are covering at low $7's. Whenever you see Pinky and his disciples showing up, you know they want to cover badly. We won't see low $6's or $5's again. Too much risks for short-sellers. They've got burned and won't ever do it again.

Both sides (longs and shorts) will reduce their positions to minimize the risks as the September date draws closer. However if Conseco can get extension then watch for short-sellers to cover and price could get back over $10's.

Just IMHO.
