Sorry HEM3 but we live in a different world than 30 years ago and we don't need nor can we afford a 10 million man army. Welcome to the world of downsizing that everyone else has to face. Only difference is that government used to just run the printing presses under Reagan to pay for our military build up. Don't misunderstnad me, I thank God for our military and the protection it provides us but sounds like sour grapes similar to a corporate person who was downsized by a company in the process of increasing efficiencies.
