12,500 members per club It is not uncommon to pass a Bally's gym in the city and see 15 people waiting in line to use a weight machine. The policy of Overbooking also adds to the confusion in the clubs creating an additional negative experience. i.e. Locker Room Theft, & Sexual Harassment.
