Eric L SE Tools was "System Configuration Utility" Start/Run/ type in "msconfig" (without quotes)/ click ok. "System Information" allows the user to view Start Up Programs (as an example) but not configure them. Start/ run "services.msc" (no quotes)/ ok button. Be careful messing around in there. You can disable a vital service and get into big trouble. Here's a link to the best info I've seen on what you can and shouldn't do in services. blkviper.com
