Savant....I think you are missing something... ...I was not promised 100k shares by the company. I was promised 100k shares from Ken Danchuk and [according to Ken] one other officer of the company. Ken and the other officer of the company already have the shares. I wasnt promised anything from the company treasury [not that I believe it would make a difference] I was promised pieces of personal stashes. I was not promised $13,0000.00 ---Ken wasnt smart enuf to make that offer. Ken tried alluding to what you just said as a reason for not forwarding the shares...then he tried to reduce the amount of shares...which I refused...and then they turned the matter over to their attorneys And FWIW ... Larry Vance had full knowledge of what was going on...although if I am to believe what I have heard from others...its appears to be something like Mission Impossible where if the plan doesnt develops a wrinkle...any knowledge of you from the top is disavowed. I guess we'll just have to see what happens. Lazarus
