hey Dan,
Re your 2415, I like the fact that you are definitely a thinking person. And, those shares coming in did indeed save me from myself. I readily admit that. Thank goodness for whoever the investment banker (IB to you lol) is who dumped. And, you know what? You are correct that I mistakenly thought the stock was going to move up based on watching the upticks and the volume movement. I wouldn't debate whether I was greedy or not. I am not sure how you might define "greed". I do want the shares at a higher price when I sell. That is correct. If that is considered as greed, then I am definitely "greedy".
You are over my head with your discussion on float as you define it.
It seems to me that float is determined by the number of shares actually available to be traded. If the aforementioned 1.4 million shares are available to be purchased after being "held" then they do increase the float. But I am not sure that you can say that those shares are really available in the future for purchase by you or me. Remember, the number of shares outstanding is 7.5 million. Right?
Thanks for your challenging thoughts.
Vic
