Hamburger trusts,...pity the poor franchisee,...every investor will be a secret shopper who will rat out quality, service and cleanliness issues to corporate head office. It would be wise for the franchisee to sell the store and buy the units. Make a little less for your money, but no staff, no customers, no suppliers, no head office, no whining and bitching,....want to buy an A&W? (gggggggggg)
