The weekly chart Below.

The 50-week EMA has now moved well above the 200-week.
The 100-week is looking up and moving higher.

The averages are lining up, it takes time.
This would be the first time the 4 weekly EMA averages line up in a positive formation (once the 100-week moves above the 200-week) since late 2016.
