It depends...if PII sells well, then Intel captures the
high-end desktop/workstation/server market, and these price
cuts will stop any major defections to K6 in the low-end/mainstream desktop/notebook
market. Long-term, this could be a good strategy for Intel.

AMD gets hurt anyway you slice it. Intel COULD get hurt short-term,
if there is a deterioration in margins/earnings, I agree.
